We accept multiple payment methods, PayPal/credit/debit card. Supports over 100 currencies and major credit and debit cards in over 200 markets. 🐼🌎Why are there no customer reviews on the product page?  

Thank you for your interest! We have been primarily engaged in B2B and domestic markets. As we have just recently expanded into international markets, our user review system is currently being gradually established.  

We adhere to the principle of authenticity and transparency—although it would be very easy to import reviews from other platforms or artificially create evaluations, we prefer every customer to see genuine and natural shopping feedback.

No, you don’t need to pay anything extra.
The prices displayed on our website already include all applicable taxes, customs duties, and VAT (if any).

🚚📦What are your shipping details?

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide, with processing times of 2–5 business days. Our shipping options include Express (3–7 days for $50), Standard (7–12 days for $15), and Free Shipping (12–20 days). We handle customs, duties, and taxes, so no extra charges at delivery. For tracking, you'll receive an email once your order ships. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us!

💁💁What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if you're not satisfied. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags. To initiate a return, email us at cs@pandamoment.com. For EU customers, you have 14 days to return items under EU law. Please note that certain items, like customized products and gift cards, are non-returnable.

There can be slight differences (0-1 in) in hand-measured size, just as panda cubs grow every day. Please check the details carefully before ordering!

Each piece is handcrafted with love and with small natural imperfections such as resin bubbles or texture changes – think of them as "Panda Paw Prints of Artisans"!
